Ettamogah Grill House & Bar
To design a new high end, five star steak house restaurant, catering from business clientele to affluent diners. The look and feel of the restaurant must be luxurious and exclusive, whilst incorporating the strong existing brand of the Ettamogah Group. Renowned cartoons, drawings and quotations will be re-styled and updated for the modern fit-out.
The existing character of the heritage listed building will be retained in a typical Melbourne design style. Exposed brick walls, wide plank timber flooring and feature skylight will anchor the fit-out, juxtaposing the new clean lines, natural stones and black features.
The eye catching point-of-difference, the feature tree, not only links all levels physically and visually, but also links a key Ettamogah element to the new design style.
Flexible seating arrangements on all levels will cater for both quiet comfort and major events. Booth seating will be provided for privacy and communal bench seating for casual, relaxed dining.
A bar on the mezzanine level allows for private functions.Preparation of the exclusive food offer will be the focus of the restaurant floor, with steaks flown in from the Northern
Territory grilled before diners in an exposed ‘wow factor’ kitchen. Overall, the design highlights the five star experience through all areas and amenities.
